Have mental health or substance use issues created challenges in your life? MERIT’s Recovery Navigator Program connects individuals in need with locally available treatment and support services. If you or someone you love is struggling to find assistance, we can help. We’re staffed by Certified Recovery Peers with real-world experience. Let us connect you with life-changing resources, from social services to community connections and addiction recovery support. We provide these essential services to reduce the chance of relapse and harm and aid a successful recovery. Get the help you need now:
Who We Serve
MERIT’s team collaborates with law enforcement, prosecutors, medical providers, and community partners, providing recovery support services for:
- Youth and adults suffering from substance use disorders and mental health issues at risk of arrest
- Family and friends of affected individuals in need of supportive services
- Impacted individuals referred by a friend, family member, or law enforcement, experiencing homelessness, poverty, or marginalization
- Incarcerated individuals nearing release and in need of re-entry assistance
Within 24 hours of reaching out to our Certified Recovery Peers, we’ll ensure Medicaid or Apple Health reactivation. We can assist you with meals, a coat, shoes, finding a safe place to stay, and obtaining legal employment while you transition. MERIT also offers access to outpatient individual and group treatment, regardless of your ability to pay for services.
